Club run - 23 Feb

Went out with the club for an easy 7.5 mile run. I didn’t push it too hard, I just wanted to see what hurt from the long run the day before. I’m happy to report nothing felt too sore or tired and I went round the route in 1 hour 48 secs.

A 30 mile week – that means I don’t have to run until next week !!

    Good to see you are running. Unfortunately I am not but reading your blog has certainly cheered me up no end.

  3. Thanks chaps, it's good to be back and at the moment I'm rught up for this years race - hope that feeling continues !
